Cancellation Policy
Aloha Blessing Cancellation Policy We understand that plans can shift, and we do our best to honor both your time and the time, energy, and preparation dedicated by our Kahus. Full Refund: Cancellations made 48 hours or more before your scheduled blessing will receive a full refund. 50% Refund: Cancellations made between 12 and 48 hours before the blessing will receive a 50% refund, as a portion of the fee is reserved for the committed time. 20% Refund: Cancellations made within 12 hours of the scheduled blessing will receive a 20% refund, with 80% retained to honor the reserved time and preparation. If you need to reschedule, we will always do our best to accommodate you and find another date when possible. Mahalo for your understanding and for honoring the sacred time, energy, and presence our Kahus bring to each blessing.
